Whistleblower policy

The PGS Whistleblower Policy is an internal system for reporting legal violations, breaches of internal policies, and other unethical behaviors within the organization without fear of retaliation. It is available to all employees and appointees of the company. For reports of legal violations, the whistleblower receives legal protection against retaliation under applicable national whistleblower legislation. Upon submitting a report, the whistleblower, if identified, will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within seven days. An independent, impartial investigation will follow. Within a reasonable period, and no later than three months after the report, the whistleblower will be informed of the findings and the outcome of the investigation.
