What tasks will you perform?

• Ensure operational areas are executed according to plans, meeting required quality standards and customer expectations.
• Supervise a team of operatives and agency staff on a daily basis.
• Conduct daily quality audits on pallets to ensure compliance with LPR specifications.
• Lead by example to foster a culture of mutual respect among team members.
• Maintain effective communication within the management team.
• Engage all staff in the success of the operation through ongoing feedback and positive communication.
• Ensure that operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and company Health and Safety requirements.
• Escalate issues that exceed your level of authority promptly and appropriately.
• Act in line with the company values in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the business.
• Participate in training and development activities aligned with personal growth and business needs.

• Previous experience of working in a manual production environment.
• Experience in in team leading.
• Works accurately and has an eye for detail.
• Strong affinity with numbers, basic literacy skills.
