AtPGS Group, we are seeking a proactive Sorter/Repairer to join our team.
As part of a vertically integrated, fast-growing group that operates from "tree to truck," you will contribute to our mission of efficiency and quality.
What tasks will you perform?
Coordinating, sorting, classifying (by type, quality and condition) of pallets for repair, pallets for sale in unchanged condition and pallets for destruction.
Recovering pallets on the appropriate tables.
Identifying, counting, arranging the sorted pallets.
Repair of defective pallets according to the guideline and internal specifications at repair tables and document in a repair protocol.
Notifying the person in charge of the work of observations and suggestions when new formats or lots are discovered.
Operating the sorting machine and ensuring efficient operation.
Safe handling of pneumatic nail guns and electric tools (e.g. reciprocating saw).
Close cooperation with production manager.

Forklift certificate: you are flexible and support your colleagues when needed
Knowledge of pallet management procedures, pallet dimensions and quality control points.
Knowledge of pallet dimensions and how to identify their quality.
You can handle a pneumatic nailer, pry bar, saber saw and a stapler.
If necessary, you will also support our team beyond normal working hours.
