PGS Rodanar Pallets (Snaaskerke) and PGS De Backer Pallets (Poperinge) are both part of the PGS Group and are both active in the production of pallets.

We are looking for machine operators for both sites.

What tasks will you perform?

• The correct execution of the production orders according to the product specifications and quality requirements and this in accordance with agreements within the ISO quality system.
• Very clear reporting and registration of non-conformity on the notification quality sheet.
• Keep the workstation orderly and tidy.
• Ensuring maximum efficiency on his machine without compromising on safety and quality.
• You are responsible for the changeover and operation of an automatically controlled machine.
• Manual and semi-automatic machine with raw materials (nails, boards, beams).

Who are we looking for?

• You know the production process very thoroughly.
• You have a very thorough knowledge of the technical operation of the machines.
• You anticipate unplanned downtime and product changeovers.
• You work qualitatively and efficiently.
• You can work both independently and in a team.
• You remain calm in all circumstances.
• You are safety and quality conscious.
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Experience with indicating settings in the touch screen of a machine.
• You speak Dutch, French, or English.
