PGS Group has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years. Due to further expansion we are looking for an Machine Operator.
What tasks will you perform?
The correct execution of production orders in accordance with the product specifications and quality requirements in accordance with agreements within the ISO quality system.
Reports and registers non-conformity very clearly on notification quality sheet.
Keep workstation orderly and tidy.
Ensures maximum efficiency on its machine without compromising on safety and quality.
You are responsible for the changeover and operation of an automatically controlled machine.
Manual and semi-automatic machine with raw materials (nails, boards, beams).
Who are we looking for?
Experience in the production environment is a plus.
Languages: Italian, knowledge of other languages (English/French) is a plus.
Have experience with indicating settings in Touch screen machine.
Knows the production process very thoroughly.
Has a very thorough knowledge of the technical operation of the machines.
Anticipates unplanned downtime and product changeovers.
Attitude towards high-quality and efficient work.
Can work independently but also in a team.
Staying calm in all circumstances.
Be willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
Safety and quality conscious.
Not only propagates the sustainable business values of the organization in the performance of the job, but also actively applies them in the roll-out of the process and any negotiations that lead to optimizations.
