However, environmental responsibility is about more than that. It’s about ensuring our wood is sourced sustainably and lives a circular life.
We aim to help limit global warming to 1,5°C – significantly reducing our CO2 emissions. To achieve this, we set a target of reducing our emissions (scopes 1 and 2) by 45% by 2030 - compared to the 2021 baseline. We will create a roadmap considering any changes resulting from acquisitions, disinvestments, and internal growth, aiming to achieve global net-zero emissions by approximately 2050. Regarding emissions from the use of our products (scope 3), we will establish a transparent reporting model and develop a roadmap to reduce these emissions.
