Sales Operations and Support Officer (M/F/X) Gistel (Belgium)

Together with a close-knit team of fellow Sales, you will work from Gistel in our Belgian headquarters.

What tasks will you perform?

  • You offer support to colleagues on both a commercial and administrative level.
  • You'll analyze incoming data to gain relevant insights, identify trends, and make forecasts that support decision-making.
  • You will act as a second-line point of contact for customers, where you will be responsible for providing timely, smooth, and correct answers to their questions.
  • You strive to achieve commercial objectives and identify new business opportunities.
  • You will provide support and coordinate Tenders in consultation with Area Sales Directors & Corporate Key Account Director.
  • You calculate prices, taking into account criteria such as the wood index.
  • You monitor customer behavior: requesting forecast exercises, checking their accuracy and reporting on this internally and externally.
  • You use internal systems such as Power-Bi, CRM, EPACK and PDS to make reports understandable and ready for use by the sales department and other stakeholders for further use.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Master's/Bachelor's degree or you are equivalent by experience.
  • You have knowledge of Dutch, German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You have excellent analytical skills.
  • You have a driving license B.
  • You prefer to work full-time.
