PGS Group has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years. Due to further expansion we are looking for a Customer Service Officer.
What tasks will you perform?
Entering customer orders into ERP software for the various PGS sites.
Follow up orders with the production team to ensure timely processing.
Collaborate with different internal departments such as Sales, Production and Logistics.
Checking quotations and processing them in our ERP package.
Update prices to maintain up-to-date pricing information.
Registration and follow-up of non-conformities.
Provide administrative support to the Sales department.
Proactively manage and develop sales with existing customers.
Actively research and approach new potential clients.
Acting as a point of contact for customers with questions about deliveries, rush orders and other matters.
Following up on customers/telephone contacts.
Coordinate transport planning in consultation with the logistics department.
Monitoring delivery times at carriers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Supporting and contributing to the sustainable business values of the organization.
Who are we looking for?
In possession of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent by experience.
You speak and write fluently in Italian, English and/or French. Knowledge of German is a big plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
You have strong analytical insight and organizational talent.
Thinks problem-solving with a commercial flair.
You are very customer-friendly.
