What tasks will you perform?
Entering customer orders into ERP software for the various PGS sites.
Follow up
orders with the production team to ensure timely processing.
Collaborate with different internal departments such as Sales, Production and Logistics.
Checking quotations and processing them in our ERP package.
Update prices
to maintain up-to-date pricing information.
Registration and follow-up of non-conformities.
Provide administrative support to the sales department.
Acting as a point of contact for customers with questions about deliveries, rush orders and other matters.
Following up on customers/telephone contacts.
Coordinate transport planning in consultation with the logistics department.
Monitoring delivery times at carriers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Who are we looking for?
You speak and write Dutch and German fluently, and have a good knowledge of French and English.
You preferably have a bachelor's degree, or are equivalent through experience.
You have strong analytical insight and organizational talent.
You are customer-friendly.
You are stress resistant and manage your time efficiently.
You work independently and accurately, with an eye for quality.
You are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances.
You are enterprising, respectful and result-oriented.

PGS GROUP has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years. PGS stands for Palettes Gestion Services and was founded in France in the year 1993. PGS started with the repair and sale of wooden second-hand pallets and currently trades in both second-hand and new pallets.
